I've compiled a list of common(and not so common) questions about mold, inspections and a few other relevant topics to hopefully answer some of your questions and concerns. As always feel free to contact me with any and all questions you may have!

How Much Does A Mold Inspection Cost?

This can vary a little bit depending on the distance I have to travel and the size of the home but a typical inspection will run about $450, plus any sampling will have an additional cost.

How Long Does An Inspection Take?

An inspection can take as little as 2.5 hours for a small home on a slab, and it can take up to 6hrs for an exceptionally larger home. It's good to understand though that a full and thorough inspection of the home can take a while, and that's because we don't want to rush. .

Will I Receive A Report?

Absolutely. All inspections will have a report delivered. Most reports are delivered next day, and most lab results are delivered within 5 days. When a report takes longer then I'd like I always communicate the delay.

Do Do You Do ERMI Testing?

The short answer is no. The long answer is I don't feel it's worth the cost to perform ERMI testing as a service to my clients, as it is typically very expensive and it's not necessarily the information we're looking for
